Details are important and you are laser-focused on deadlines. A hardcore multitasker, you get a kick out of juggling multiple projects at the same time. But you're also a curious explorer who loves finding new hidden gems and breathtaking destinations all over the world.What you'll be doingUnderstand the client's needs and objectivesManage the complete offer in regards to all logistics and destination aspectsManage venue selection creativelyDraft the PPT recommendation and establish the relative budgetSelect and manage logistic service providersAir and train transportation knowledgeParticipate in face-to-face and online client pitchesMust haves(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)At least 3-5 years of event and project management experienceKnowledge of events in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including their specific challenges and constraintsFluency in both English and French (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)Solid experience managing RFPsResourceful and able to work both independently and as part of a teamInnovative and creative out-of-the-box thinkingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBudget creation and management experienceExcellent supplier knowledge and negotiating skillsNice to havesFluency in other languages (in addition to English and French)What we bring to the tableA dynamic and inclusive company culture where we work really hard to have the right people doing the right job.
