Key Responsibilities : - Customer Interaction : Handle inbound technical inquiries from customers through various communication channels (phone and email), providing clear and practical information within set guidelines.
- Problem Solving : Efficiently address and resolve complex technical issues by carefully listening to customers and asking concise, relevant questions to identify the root cause.
- Technical Support : Deliver high-quality customer service using your technical expertise, along with knowledge gained from internal training and support systems.
- Documentation : Gather and document all relevant information from each customer interaction into the system to ensure a high level of service and accurate record-keeping.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest developments in technical areas, including network architecture and consumer electronics, to enhance your ability to assist customers effectively.
Candidate Requirements : - Language Skills : Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to follow training and handle customer interactions.
- Technical Background : Preferably completed ICT training, with a strong technical affinity.
Experience in the technical field is a plus.
- Product Knowledge : Understanding of network architecture and consumer electronics products, such as wireless audio and smart displays.
- Software Proficiency : Good knowledge of the MS Office environment is essential.
- Communication Skills : Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
