**Telesales & Lead Generation Supervisor**Reportando al Head of Direct Sales, el/la Telesales & Lead Generation Supervisor se encargará de la organización y gestión del equipo de Telesales & Retención.**Responsabilidades**:- Establecer los objetivos de venta del equipo, tanto en términos de generación de nuevos leads, cierre de reuniones, como de retención de clientes.- Seguimiento y control de la consecución de los objetivos.- Motivar al equipo para conseguir los resultados establecidos por la empresa.- Apoyo diario al equipo (seguimiento de llamadas, seguimiento de incidencias, resolución de dudas,).- Reporting de la actividad del equipo (ventas, ratios, incidencias, control de contactos).- Formación y seguimiento del equipo para obtener el máximo rendimiento individual y colectivo.- Capacidad de retención de clientes y generación de nuevas oportunidades y reuniones para que el equipo comercial pueda cerrar la venta.- Colaboración con la Dirección Comercial para definir nuevos procedimientos que mejoren la actividad comercial.- Apoyo en la definición de campañas y seguimiento de sus resultados.- Dimensionamiento del equipo en función de las necesidades y campañas.**Requisitos**:***- Experiência previa en la coordinación y gestión de equipos comerciales.- Experiência comercial (hunter) de al menos 5 años.- Experiência en prospección para diversos sectores.- Persona analítica capaz de crear y medir objetivos.- Capacidad de interactuar internamente con otros departamentos de la empresa.- Se valorará la experiência en Medios de Pago- Nível avanzado de Excel- Nível alto de inglés- Valorable experiência con CRM- Valorable conocimiento de otras bases de datosEscribe tu dirección de correo electrónico, te permitirá de estar al tanto de los últimos empleos por: o-669 lead generation & retention supervisor Escribe tu dirección de correo electrónico, te permitirá de estar al tanto de los últimos empleos por: o-669 lead generation & retention supervisor #J-18808-Ljbffr
