Your expertise will drive the planning, management, and execution of event logistics to ensure each event's success.Key Responsibilities:Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and ensure smooth execution.Develop and maintain project scopes, objectives, and comprehensive documentation, engaging all relevant stakeholders.Oversee resource allocation to ensure project feasibility and completion.Utilize verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, scheduling, and budget effectively.Additional Responsibilities:Maintain and update event project plans and timelines for core workstreams.Act as the main contact for multiple stakeholders, ensuring event milestones are met.Manage a real-time project tracker for stakeholders, incorporating new requests and feedback.Coordinate closely with the client's planning, strategy, operations, and field teams to organize staffing, ticketing, and regional summit planning.Create and distribute internal communications and presentations, collaborating with internal communication teams.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.Native or proficient level of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong background in event management, planning, and execution.Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.Proven experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed stakeholders.Skilled in creating efficient, scalable processes.Independent problem-solving abilities and high level of professionalism and integrity.General IT proficiency for effective computer-based job performance.Benefits:Full-time position: 39 hours per week.Contract: Permanent.Work Model: Hybrid in Barcelona.Compensation: Competitive salary, plus relocation support if needed.Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage.Regular contests and incentives (bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly).Work within the world's largest provider of contact center services, in an excellent, dynamic work environment with a highly motivated team.About UsWorldwiders is a global B2B-oriented recruitment company specializing in executive search and specialist recruitment worldwide.
