From day one at FTI Delta, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with recognized experts in small teams that encourage and reward collaboration.About The RoleAre you ready to dive into complex business environments and contribute to high-impact recommendations that drive client success?As an Engagement Manager at FTI Delta, you will play a key role in formulating strategic recommendations and implementing changes to clients by managing individual project modules, deploying commercial acumen in structuring and performing key analysis/deliverables with little support and developing areas of focus as well as identifying leads from existing projects. You will also have the opportunity to formally coach junior staff.This role is open to Barcelona.What You'll DoAs a Manager, you will manage modules of a project or designated scope in client billable project work. You will play a key role in problem solving through data gathering, problem structuring, independently form insights and actions from analysis with a holistic view of the engagement, coach team members to build complex financial, operational, or market models applying your Excel and financial proficiency. You will be expected to lay out problem-solving approaches and structures by translating project scope, then independently identify the required analysis and critical path of work under the framework. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality output and be able to balance delegation of duties vs. "doing the work" under challenging engagement conditions. Key to this will be your ability to connect findings to strategic and operational recommendations.You will leverage your communication and presentation skills to communicate assignments and direction to internal project teams; communicate upward withthe project leadership and with clients. You will provide formal coaching to junior staff.You will structure and present analyses/deliverables with limited support from the engagement lead. If required, you will be capable of covering senior team roles/client interactions when senior team is not available
