Specifically, the DIGITECH department plays a critical role in defining the scope and elucidating the digital technology and architecture strategy aligned with the business vision.The Delivery Manager will be under the direct supervision of the Delivery & Release Team Manager. The primary focus of this role is to empower and lead the Delivery/TPO (Technical Product Ownership) team, overseeing the planning, agile realization, and continuous evolution of capabilities with end-to-end ownership within DIGITECH. The role is positioned to transform DIGITECH into a fully-fledged product organization.The Delivery Manager serves as a strategic bridge between technical expertise and project delivery, particularly in the realm of eCommerce and mobile application development.Responsibilities:Delivery & Technical ownership:Brings in-depth technical expertise in solution development.Understanding of the business requirements and transferring them into project deliverables.Assessing the technical requirements when selecting new solutions (focused on mobile apps).Ensures that DIGITECH solutions align with the latest industry standards, technological trends, and best practices.Enhancing the competitiveness and viability of the mobile app landscape.Understanding of business requirements and ability to propose robust technical solutions.Advocates the principles and values of the program and of the DIGITECH WoW.Release:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release scope, objectives, and timelines.Develop and maintain a comprehensive release plan, including release schedules, milestones, and dependencies.Coordinate release activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.Oversee the execution of release activities, including code deployments, configuration changes, and data migrations.Manage and resolve any release-related issues or conflicts, working closely with the development team and agency.Implement and enforce change management processes and procedures to minimize risks and disruptions during releases.Ensure proper documentation and communication of changes, including release notes and user guides.SLAs and KPIs:Establish and monitor service levels and performance metrics to measure IT Service Catalog team effectiveness and productivity.Provide accurate reports and metrics for management reporting.Drive pro consumer & customer initiatives and activities through KPI & SLA setup, to reduce time to resolution and reduce number of incidents
