Our clients are the CEOs and executive teams of the top Global 1000 companies.Visit our website for more details about Oliver Wyman: www.Oliverwyman.ComThe Opportunity:The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will work closely with Iberia Marketing Manager, another Marketing Coordinator, the global Marketing team and the Partner and Consultant group across Spain & Portugal to support the development and implementation of marketing programs that raise Oliver Wyman's brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers.Key Responsibilities:Build the firm's local digital presence (website, Spanish microsite, social media etc.)Manage marketing campaign execution through target segmentation, list management and data analytics through the CRM systemSupport the development and implementation of marketing eventsPlay a role in enhancing the local alumni programSupports specific projects related to local campaignsMonitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives and provide appropriate reporting and status updatesRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum 3+ years proven experience in B2B marketingSpanish or English native speaker/fluent in SpanishDigital marketing savvyExperience working with CRM and marketing automation systemsStrong communication and writing/editing skillsMust have outstanding interpersonal skills, honed in a demanding and challenging international work environmentAbility to juggle competing tasks, priorities and manage own timeSelf-starter who has an appetite for learning and ability to work with little guidanceFlexible attitude, hard-working and results drivenProficient in MS Office.Why join us at Oliver Wyman?At Oliver Wyman, we lead with heart - we love what we do and have fun while we do it We also strive for breakthroughs by questioning, seeking diverse perspectives, and finding powerful and sustainable solutions.
