Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support related to our financial products and services. This position is on-site in our Madrid office, where you will work alongside a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success in the finance sector.Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction: Engage with German-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional assistance to address their inquiries and concerns.Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our financial products and services to offer accurate information and support to clients.Professional Communication: Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all client interactions, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.Accurate Documentation: Record all client interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our customer management system to ensure proper follow-up and tracking.Feedback Contribution: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding common client issues, trends, and areas for improvement to enhance our service offerings.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and to share best practices and insights.Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Qualifications:Language Skills: Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required, along with proficiency in English for internal communications.Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and empathetic manner.Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues effectively
