The PositionAls Junior Accountant(w/m/d) trägst Du maßgeblichzum Aufbau und zur Weiterentwicklung des Bullfinch Finance Teams bei. Wir suchen einendetail-orientierten und erfahrenen Junior Accountant (w/m/d), der die Buchhaltung der Bullfinch-Gruppe führt. Diese Aufgabe erfordert ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, Organisationstalent und eingutes Verständnis der Buchhaltungsprinzipien.Arbeitsort:Deutschland, Österreich oder Spanien.Fließende Deutsch- und EnglischkenntnisseWas du tun wirst:In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzteam und externen Steuerberatern erstellst Du die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse für alle Unternehmen der Bullfinch-Gruppe.Du stellst sicher, dass die Buchhaltungsdaten korrekt sind und den professionellen sowie gesetzlichenStandards entsprechen, indem Du offene Posten überwachst, Konten abstimmst und Differenzen klärst.Du erstellst Berichtefür den CFO, den Vorstand und den Aufsichtsrat oder die Investoren.Du unterstützt bei laufenden Projekten und optimierst Strukturen und Prozesse im Finanzbereich.Du steuerst dieKommunikation mit Steuerberatern, Institutionen, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Behörden.Du arbeitest mit den Finance- und Operations-Teams als Deinen "internen Ressourcen" zusammen, kooperierst auf Projektbasis mit unseren anderen Teams wie Investment, Tech, Risk oder HR und ziehst bei Bedarf externe Berater hinzu, um Deine Aufgaben zu erfüllen.Entwicklungspfade:Leitung des Accountant-Teams / Leitung des Group Accounting mit voller Verantwortung.Du bist für diese Stelle bestens geeignet, wenn Du :eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzbuchhaltung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium abgeschlossen hast.Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung.FließendeDeutsch- und Englischkenntnissesind von Vorteil.Erfahrungim Rechnungswesen, vorzugsweise in einer vergleichbaren Position, mitbringst.Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und Microsoft Office Suite, insbesondere Excel, bist.Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften, des Umsatzsteuerrechts und der Abgabenordnung hast.Liebe zum Detail und die Fähigkeit besitzt, komplexe Buchhaltungsaufgaben zu erledigen, wobei Termintreue und Zuverlässigkeit für Dich einen hohen Stellenwert haben.Wahrung der Vertraulichkeit und diskreter Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen.In der Lage bist, selbständig und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten.Deshalb solltest Du Teil von Bullfinch werden:Wir bieten ein wettbewerbsfähiges Vergütungspaket für alle Mitarbeiter:innen.Alle unsere Mitarbeiter:innen haben 30 Tage Jahresurlaub.Flexibilität:Du kannst im Home Office oder in unserem Büros arbeiten.Learn Grow: Raum für kreative Ideen und Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.
