You will directly report to the Accounts Payable Manager of TME Spanish branch. TME 's Finance Department's mission is to cover the sign off of all financial and management accounts, long-term business planning and the on-going development of the finance teams' systems and processes. We are looking for an efficient, flexible, and hard-working Junior Accountant to join our Finance team.Responsibilities:Perform general ledger duties to assist with monthly activity and closings.Prepare monthly reconciliation for balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.Processing and booking invoices into the expense management platform.Assist the Accounts Payable team in preparing internal and external audits.Prepare bank remittances and payments to suppliers.Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual filings.Assist in the analysis of monthly deviations in the P&L vs Budget.Maintain/update vendor's data in the A.P. module.Review expense reports.Support with special projects as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business AdministrationProficient in MS Office packageFluent in Spanish, English (advanced level)Experience using ERP SystemsA minimum of one year experience as a Junior Accountant or similar roleProfile:Good written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational and analytical skillsAccurate and detailed orientedTeam player#J-18808-Ljbffr
