En esta ocasión, nuestro cliente, entidad financiera de primer nivel, precisa incorporar a un DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MANAGER -BARCELONA o MADRID-.
Para este rol, tus responsabilidades serán las siguientes: Identificarás los cambios que provoca la transformación digital en el comportamiento de los clientes, la evolución del entorno competitivo, y la aparición de nuevas capacidades tecnológicas .
Definirás una estrategia para hacer frente a estos cambios.
Impulsarás iniciativas concretas para implementar la estrategia definida, movilizando recursos y personas , transformando procesos y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos , basados en métricas y datos .
Supervisarás una cartera de proyectos de transformación digital con alcance transversal , desde su concepto y diseño del business case hasta su ejecución y medición de impacto .
Optimizarás la experiencia digital de cliente , el impulso de las ventas digitales , la modernización tecnológica y la incorporación de nuevas capacidades analíticas .
Tu perfil encaja si cumples los siguientes requisitos: Tienes una capacidad sobresaliente para entender los nuevos desarrollos y las capacidades tecnológicas con el fin de conceptualizar y diseñar soluciones concretas de transformación digital.
Posees un perfil asertivo adecuado para involucrar de manera efectiva a responsables de múltiples áreas funcionales y partners digitales, incorporando metodologías de trabajo agile.
Tomas decisiones sobre la viabilidad de los proyectos tras desarrollar casos de negocio muy completos y fundamentados.
Mides el impacto mediante el análisis de datos ( Qlik Sense, Omniture y SQL ) y destacas en la posterior obtención de conclusiones.
Aunque no tendrás a cargo a personas en dependencia jerárquica, tus habilidades comunicativas y de gestión interpersonal son las propias de un directivo o de un mando en una gran organización.
Posees Grado, Licenciatura o Ingeniería en disciplinas como Matemáticas, Física, ADE o Ingeniería Industrial .
Muy valorable si posees experiencia en consultoría estratégica o departamentos de transformación digital dentro del área de estrategia de una gran organización .
Imprescindible alto nivel de inglés escrito y hablado .
