Job Description Summary
Como Coordinador de Mantenimiento, serás responsable de la gestión y supervisión de las actividades realizadas por el personal mecánico y eléctrico de las instalaciones relacionadas con las líneas de producción.Job Description Strategy & Organizational Development:
• Garantizar que el equipo trabaja cumpliendo los estándares de Calidad, HSE y Medioambiente de la
Compañía
• Contribuir en la ejecución de los proyectos de mejora de equipos e instalaciones (p.e. eficiencia energética, productividad, cumplimiento ambiental, mantenimiento)
• Colaboración en auditorías internas y externas
• Formación a los operadores y/o técnicos en aspectos de procedimientos internos y/o modificaciones en las instalaciones
Maintenance:
• Gestionar las iniciativas y proyectos de mejora del mantenimiento de los equipos e instalaciones (local o corporativo)
• Atender y mantener al día las solicitudes de mantenimiento realizadas por el resto de departamentos
• Supervisión y cierre de todas las actividades de mantenimiento (OTs), supervisando la correcta gestión de las notificaciones de actividades y horas
• Asignar y coordinar las diferentes actividades de mantenimiento a los operadores
• Coordinación interdepartamental para la maximización del plan de producción
• Realizar evaluaciones y análisis de averías
• Dar soporte ante investigaciones de averías o incidencias
• Supervisar el correcto estado de las instalaciones a cargo
• Evaluar el impacto de la calidad y la liberación después del mantenimiento
Vendor & Contractor Management:
• Garantizar que las subcontratadas solicitadas dispongan de la documentación correctamente subida a la plataforma
Requisitos del puesto:
Formación técnica FPII o equivalente
5 años de experiencia en un puesto similar.
2 años de experiencia en liderazgo de equipos.
Inglés medio
Se valorará la experiencia en entorno estéril
