Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and promoting a safe working environment for maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate work packages and control man hours, tasks, and scope.
  • Control work packages scheduling, including incompatibilities, personnel availabilities, and contingencies.
  • Coordinate personnel, media, and service providers.
  • Prepare and document work packages and work orders.
  • Inspect and document completed work packages.
  • Enter data and track KPIs.
  • Support the continuous improvement of departmental processes and methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering (Student or Graduate).
  • Knowledge of the Aeronautical environment.
  • Computer skills.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English language (spoken and written correctly).
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of MCC would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Familiar with a team environment and willingness to contribute.
  • Right to live and work in Spain prior to application.
