About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fragrances Maintenance Manager to join our Operations team at Coty. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of maintenance professionals and make a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 60 technicians in the daily preventive and corrective maintenance operations at the fragrance packaging department.
- Manage the top 5 priorities of the plant on a daily basis, ensuring efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Responsible for people management and organization, including hiring, training, and budget control.
- Manage the maintenance budget and create a yearly training plan for the team.
- Oversee the daily and weekly performance of priority lines, including DDS and KPIs.
- Manage workshop and spare parts, as well as machine safety and LOTO procedures.
- Lead the development of SOPs for new machinery and manage assets and CAPEX.
- Collaborate with the production administrator and maintenance CR360 team.
About the Team
The team consists of a Corrective Coordinator, a Preventive Coordinator, 6 Shift coordinators, and around 60 mechanics. As a Fragrances Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a diverse and international environment, working closely with a team of passionate and skilled professionals.
Requirements
- Technical degree in industrial engineering or maintenance fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the Industrial sector.
- Leadership experience, with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work autonomously.
- Good command of English language and advanced Spanish.
