Role overview: We are looking for an HR/ Office Assistant Intern / part time, responsible for providing support with our HR tool and other office manager administrative support such as liaising with vendors. Our office is based in Barcelona city center and the role can be hybrid. Responsibilities: Keep up to date all employee records in our HR toolEnsure all employees keep their time tracking according to regulationsManage invoices and contact providers if neededRequirements:Any bachelor degreestudent who wants a part time job / morning shift / hybridExcellent organizational and communication skillsIt is open for part-time (4 hours in the morning) About WebPros: Founded in early 2017, WebPros brings together some widely used web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management and online marketing software solutions.
