Headquartered in Toronto, Anatolia continues to grow globally with a corporate perspective based on passion, dedication, and excellence.Since August 2017, Anatolia has been operating in a 40,000-square meter Distribution Centre in Aliaga, Izmir, Turkey.
This facility serves the North American, European, Asian, and Middle Eastern markets.
Anatolia was awarded the "Best Supplier Partner" in 2021 in the United States.
The company aims to innovate further with its state-of-the-art production facility, which began operations in 2023, covering 200,000 m².Anatolia is seeking a Sales Manager to contribute to its values and provide quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
This role offers an opportunity to be part of a culture rooted in innovation, passion, and excellence, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, talent is rewarded, and diversity is respected.What you need is…Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Over 10 years of experience in a related industry (e.g., ceramics/natural stone sector), with proven leadership skills.Excellent command of English.Willingness to travel frequently.Experience in operational and project management, leading and motivating teams (both office-based and remote).Strong knowledge in business development, sales, marketing, and business analysis.Persuasive abilities and skills in setting and achieving sales targets.Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.Hardworking, sales-oriented, and eager to meet and exceed targets.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, and interpretative skills.Leadership experience managing large and culturally diverse teams.As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include;Managing business planning, coordination, and sales and business development in South Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
A key focus is expanding the company's client portfolio in new markets and maintaining long-term customer relationships.The role involves promoting and selling premium porcelain tiles and slabs across designated regions, understanding company objectives and customer needs, and developing long-term relationships.Responsibilities include:Expanding the network by adding potential clients (distributors, retailers, contractors, construction companies, architects).Initiating new collaborations and projects, acquiring new sales channels.Managing existing customers and ensuring high standards of quality and satisfaction.Supporting and mentoring the sales team, monitoring performance.Setting sales targets, defining goals, and developing policies and processes.Conducting industry studies to understand customer needs.Reporting to senior management and formulating commercial agreements.Collaborating with marketing for campaigns and promotional events.Coordinating with supply chain to manage inventory and product lifecycle.Understanding customer needs and implementing sales/marketing strategies.Establishing KPIs and targets for the sales team.
