Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship.
Works to grow the client relationship by identifying new business opportunities.
Works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client's business.
What you'll be doing Das sind Ihre Aufgaben: Service Delivery Management Repräsentanz der NTT für den Bereich Managed Network Services zum Kunden, NTT intern sowie für Partnerfirmen, national wie international im Rahmen einer ITO Account Organisation Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem übergeordneten Lead Service Delivery, Operations und Programm Management Übernahme der fachlichen und wirtschaftlichen Verantwortung im zugeordneten Servicebereich Steuerung aller Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der vertraglichen Verpflichtungen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern (insb.
bei Serviceerweiterungen durch Neuprojekte) Steuerung und Eskalationsinstanz für IT Service Prozess Management Team Steuerung und Eskalationsinstanz für eingebundene Dienstleister und Partnerfirmen (insbesondere im Bereich der Beschaffung und Rückversicherung von Hardware) Überwachung der Servicequalität, der Service Level Agreements, Abrechnungen sowie kaufmännischer Auswirkungen auf den Gesamtvertrag sowie Management weiterer vertraglicher Anforderungen (z.B.
Lizenz Management) Fachliche Führung und Steuerung von standortübergreifendem Personal sowie Themenbereichen (z.B.
Release Mgmt) Hauptschnittstelle für unseren Kunden in allen Belangen des Servicemanagements – Wahrnehmung des "Gesichts zum Kunden" für die NTT Verantwortung und Vertretung der regelmäßigen Berichterstattung ggü.
internen und externen Stakeholdern Aktive Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung unserer Services Das bringen Sie mit: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Outsourcing / IT Service Management oder Programm Management, vorzugsweise im Netzwerk und Datacenter Umfeld Technisches Grundverständnis für Netzwerk Infrastruktur Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erfahrung im Umgang mit Großkunden und Behörden, auch im internationalen Umfeld Proaktiver, verbindlicher und engagierter Kommunikationsstil sowie ein souveränes Auftreten in einem wachsenden, anspruchsvollen, internationalen Umfeld Strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kaufmännisches, strategisches und analytisches Verständnis Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten (25%) ITIL Zertifizierung Benefits: Home Office Firmenwagen / Car Allowance / BahnCard 100 Verschiedene Trainings- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
