As an Expert, you will: Deal in English and French with international customers based in France.
Sell energy contracts, internet boxes, and home insurance contracts: you will be responsible for selling our services to a wide range of customers.
Your strength of persuasion and negotiation will be your main assets on a daily basis
Receive calls and support customers: you will be responsible for receiving calls and answering customer questions, understanding their specific needs, and providing them with appropriate solutions.
Manage contracts: you will also be responsible for terminating contracts and setting up new ones.
Update the CRM.
About you: You have a perfect level of English & French.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales position.
Empathetic, curious, tenacious, and persuasive, you are an outstanding salesperson.
You are comfortable with computing and have a valid European passport.
What we offer: Permanent 39-hour contract.
Fixed salary + uncapped monthly bonuses: the more you sell, the more you earn
