.As a Skincare Expert Learning Partner, you are integrated into the Education Department, reporting directly to the Head of Education. Your role is to contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty business.What impact you can create at CHANEL:Being a Project Manager on all topics related to the Skincare Learning projects/activities.Deliver technical and theoretical trainings (in-class or virtual), engaging and maximizing product knowledge retention on the latest Skincare techniques and product launches.Develop a trusting and positive relationship with peers, clients, and colleagues.Conduct and update our Fascia Therapists on the latest Fascia and Cabin Privé Techniques.Engage the Skincare Community with Learning Solutions.Implement the "Skincare Stylist Program" and "Skincare Master Program" in our retail.Management of dashboard/reporting of all Skincare Learning activities.Stay updated with Skincare trends in other markets and/or competitors.Develop a Learning Plan aligned with the company's strategy.Proactively follow up and support clients' needs and requests.Ensure that all paperwork after every training/event is completed and submitted in a timely manner.Organize all Skincare training activities (logistics, travels, hotel, coffee breaks, gifts, etc.) according to the Learning Plan.Translate technical training documents.Provide coaching and follow-up for our BC's.Training and group animation experience (5 years).Skincare skills are crucial.Language skills: Spanish and English (spoken and written); Portuguese and French are an advantage.You are detail-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and very well organized with the capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment.You have an appetite for innovative technologies.Critical thinker and problem-solver, with the ability to identify risks and problems.Ability to work under pressure and change direction when required.Excellent verbal and written communication and data analysis capabilities.Expertise in the following areas is a plus: Social Media, Digital Marketing, Training, and Learning Management Systems.Skilled in Pack Office, especially Excel, PPT, and Adobe.What you can bring to the team:Passion for learning and people.Able to bring positivity through teamwork, self-growth, and a change catalyst mindset.Good team player.Appreciation and passion for aesthetics, arts, craftsmanship, and ultimate luxury.Client-centric with a drive for high quality and to constantly exceed expectations.Degree is a must.Experience as a Skincare Therapist (professional diploma is an advantage).Knowledge of retail and service industry; experience in Learning and Development with a multinational corporation is preferable.We are offering:Opportunity to work with one of the most well-known luxury global brands with a wealth of heritage.Join a diverse and dynamic team in a unique workplace.Continuous training and skill development by CHANEL's in-house trainers
