Job Description Main Responsibility Areas: Account Management of existing Clearing Business Unit customers, selling new products and services (maintaining Account plans and white space analysis).Sales of new products and services to customers of other company Business Units.Brining new logos to our client: research, identify and engage with new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing marketsHelp to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipelineUndertake sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior managementOwn and manage the relationship with key partners and resellers to support business growthSupport the design of the business development sales and marketing strategyExpand/Build contact lists and initiate first point of contact opportunityFoster and develop relationships with customers/clientsExpand/Build contact lists and initiate first point of contact opportunityFoster and develop relationships with customers/clientsHas a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to articulate these to influence the buyer journeyDiscusses promotional strategy and activities with the marketing departmentLiaise with the finance team, and sales operations departments as appropriateMaintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.Monitors costs, competition, and supply and demand.Establishes consistent sales development to maximize competitive position and generate strong margin contributions across customer brand(s).Confers with leadership to review achievements and discuss required changes in product and sales strategies and tactics utilized in achieving sales goals or objectives.Developing and negotiating contracts with customers and their procurement teams.Key Skills & Competencies: Degree qualifiedMarket understanding and a first sales experience in Telecom or ITExcellent communication skills; oral and written communications to technical, business and executive audiences. Including effective demonstration and presentation techniques.Strong facilitation skills.Strong 'people skills' for successful working with individuals from different teams.Comfortable working with and understanding complex business solutions.Safesforce agileWork Experience Requirements: Broad understanding of telecommunication industry technology and processes.Evidence of initiating key project engagements.Experience working in the telecommunications/network operator industry, content/asset management, digital media spaces or Broadcast industries.Strong understanding of (and familiarity with) current video technologies.Familiar with Sales Forecasting and planning processes, and comfortable using a CRM system (Salesforce.com advantageous).Eligibility Requirements Willingness to travel (in normal circumstances) 50-75% of the time, both locally and internationally, sometimes on short notice.The company will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the region required for this opening.
