DOSS2 Talent busca un Responsable de Controlling para uno de sus clientes pertenecientes al sector industrial, ubicado en Valencia .REQUISITOSFormación Universitaria Superior: Grado en Económicas, Administración y Dirección de empresas, Ingeniería o similar.Experiencia mínima de 5 años en planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos, donde haya demostrado su capacidad para conseguir los objetivos marcados.Capacidad gestionar equipos de manera sólida y coordinada.Habilidades de comunicación para presentar información de relevancia del proyecto.Imprescindible alto nivel de inglés (mínimo B2), cualquier otro idioma se valorará positivamente.Se valorará positivamente conocimientos en la herramienta de SAP.Herramientas de uso avanzado: Excell y Bases de datos.OBJETIVODirigir y controlar el área de controlling y reporting de proyectos de la compañía, de acuerdo con las políticas y objetivos marcados por la dirección, con el fin de asegurar el adecuado control económico de los proyectos, lo que exige el control de las desviaciones presupuestarias, así como, garantizar la calidad de la información facilitada para la toma de decisiones de la dirección.ACTIVIDADES A DESARROLLARElaborar y controlar el presupuesto de los proyectos anuales y sus actualizaciones posteriores con el fin de establecer los objetivos económicos de la empresa para el siguiente ejercicio, así como asegurar su cumplimiento.Controlar los proyectos de la empresa, controlar los cierres de la contabilidad analítica para analizar la situación de la empresa.Mensualmente, reportar información a la dirección con el fin de analizar la situación de la empresa, estimar las desviaciones y establecer acciones correctoras. Esto supone, elaborar informes de gestión y presentaciones.Dirigir una Unidad Orgánica compleja, siguiendo las directrices marcadas por la dirección general en políticas de RR.HH, compuesta por 3 subordinados directos.Evaluar y desarrollar a todo el personal a su cargo, lo que implica, realizar la entrevista de gestión del pacto y elaborar la propuesta de plan de desarrollo personal, con el objeto de garantizar que la compañía tiene al personal lo más formado, motivado y capacitado posible.Informar a la dirección en materia de disciplina, seguridad y retribuciones. Proponer en materia de formación, traslados y ascensos.
