The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven marketing and the ability to execute digital campaigns across multiple channels. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong analytical skills, and are eager to make a significant impact on our marketing efforts, this role is for you.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Position ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they align with regional growth strategies and business objectives.Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel analytics using advanced reporting and analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.Work closely with regional teams, including Marketing, xDR, Ops & Analytics, to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion rates. Collaborate with the global digital growth team to tailor campaigns for regional resonance and optimization.Contribute to managing the customer account journey, ensuring consistent and personalized user experiences that promote funnel progression and customer engagement.Support the refinement of cross-channel digital strategies based on data insights and regional market nuances, ensuring a tailored approach to each market.Apply analytical skills to identify innovative approaches and test new ideas to fill gaps in MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) or pipeline.
