Make it your story.This position reports toSales ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement the sales support strategy for the designated area, in line with the global support strategy. Each day, you will lead, develop, and coach a team of Application Engineers and oversee them to deliver the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions to support the customer processes. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting sales development in a country/region through defining and developing the Application team and application sales strategy.The work model for the role is: #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Autonomous Mobile Robotics Product Group, within the robotic division in Spain. Main stakeholders are n/a.You will be mainly accountable for:
- Coordinating and managing a transversal ABB team that is mainly:oDeveloping and implementing solutions, product packages, and software applicationsoSupporting in preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts to secure new businesses.
- Leading the interdepartmental communication among Front End Sales Team, Bid&Proposal Team and the technical teamYou will join a highly talented group key to design, develop and quote competitive solutions based on AMR technology, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleHigh qualified communication skills. Willingness to lead a young transversal, and international young team.
