Reporting to Tamara, our Chief People Officer you will be responsible for the following:Perform values-driven interviews to assess candidates' alignment with Kantox. Plan sourcing strategies to fill open positions and build talent pipelines to fill future roles. Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates to deliver a high-quality candidate experience. Create monthly KPI's for the company's leadership about current and upcoming talent acquisition initiatives. Work closely with the leadership team to provide valuable inputs and hiring trends from the fintech industry and anticipate future recruitment needs Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus & online recruiting events to build potential candidate communities Taking part in projects related to employee experience and employer branding,diversity & inclusion RequirementsWho you are You have 5+ years of proven work experience in full-cycle recruitment; At least 2 years focused on tech or commercial profiles
