We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager, who will be in charge of the national and international expansion process of our Gradhoc project. While Gradhoc's story began in 2021, we have our roots dating back to 2016 within an industrial company with a strong technological and innovative DNA and nearly four decades of experience in the industrial and commercial refrigeration sector (Cofrico). We are based in Spain, but the position is remote, allowing flexibility for the right candidate. We're looking to expand Gradhoc's presence across Europe.
What is Gradhoc?
It is a software that integrates a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies such as loT, digital twin and artificial intelligence. Thanks to it, you will be able to improve your business's energy efficiency, ensure food safety and implement predictive maintenance.
How do you know if this project aligns with your expectations?
- You define yourself as having a commercial profile and you have people skills.
- Your previous experience supports your ability to establish contacts in the target market and develop new business in the industrial sector, both nationally (Spain) and internationally.
- You have a technical understanding of industrial processes, preferably in the field of refrigeration.
- You believe that your knowledge and technical expertise can be further enhanced in an innovative enviroment.
What will be your responsibilities?
-Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Be responsible for defining strategies for attracting potential customers and generating leads.
- Structure a database of potential customers within the food and industrial sector.
- Follow up, together with the team, current customers, and develop long-term loyalty relationships.
- Supervise the performance of the team in charge, developing their commercial and management skills.
