Your mission within KantoxWe are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to manage and support our whole IT infrastructure. We are currently growing, and our employees need a top notch service, and your role would be to provide it The role has been open due to the big company growth observed this year, and that is why we decided to look for an additional team member.
As a cloud-native company, all our services and tools are online, including platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. As IT Support Specialist, you will primarily focus on maintaining the systems and tools used by our employees, covering hardware, software, and services. You will also collaborate with external providers.
You will: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software (automation is key) Expand our Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution to automate software installation, policy updates, and monitoring. Provide timely technical support and resolve employee issues through a helpdesk system. Monitor and maintain the company's computer systems (employees hardware ) Manage and configure cloud-based services and platforms such as Google Workspace and other online tools. Who you are A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related techanical people service-focused role. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of cloud-based services and platforms. Ability to work independently and collaborate with external service providers. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Eligible to work within the EU.
