About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at BMAT Music Innovators. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment preparation and device handling.
  • Manage requests for account, laptop, and network servicing and provisioning.
  • Coordinate with Office and Facilities to provide support for events and ensure IT equipment is properly recycled.
  • Support teammates with quarterly projects and the IT-Support queue.
  • Collaborate with the IT Ops & Security team to understand their objectives and workflows.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in IT Support.
  • Experience in systems/network administration or related roles is preferred but not necessary.
  • Demonstrate understanding of security principles, practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

BMAT started in 2005 when a group of engineers with a passion for music decided to spin-off from an audio research lab in Barcelona.
