Read further Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an inside sales team to cultivate specific customer relationships. Update and curate the existing customer database, identifying key decision-makers. Initiate contact with key stakeholders and assess their interest in our business travel and meetings/events offerings. Facilitate the transfer of qualified leads to our internal sales teams for further engagement. Drive sales and profitability within your customer portfolio, aligning with account and marketing strategies. Elevate customer experience through proactive sales initiatives. Requirements: Native proficiency in the local market language and fluency in English. Proven experience in prospecting and B2B customer management, with expertise in inside sales activities. Strong negotiation skills, including reactivating dormant accounts, qualifying prospects, and managing meetings. Self-motivated and proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals. Ability to understand and address client needs effectively. Quick learner with the capacity to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Knowledge or interest in the hotel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
