Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an inside sales team for cultivating specific customer relationships.
  • Update and curate the customer database to identify key decision-makers.
  • Initiate contact with key stakeholders to evaluate interest in our business offerings.
  • Transfer qualified leads to internal sales teams for further engagement.
  • Drive sales and profitability in your customer portfolio in alignment with account and marketing strategies.
  • Enhance customer experience through proactive sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in the local market language and fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in prospecting, B2B customer management, and inside sales activities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including reactivating dormant accounts and managing meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
  • Ability to effectively address client needs.
  • Quick learner with a comprehensive understanding of products and services.
  • Knowledge or interest in the hotel industry is advantageous.
