Ubicación: Albacete

Reportando al departamento de operaciones e ingeniería, como Project Manager de empresa que se centra en proyectos para el sector alimentario, tu misión principal será responsabilizarte de la gestión de los hitos de cada proyecto, participando desde la fase de pedidos hasta el cierre de cada proyecto; garantizando el éxito de los mismos y cumpliendo con los requisitos de calidad, plazos, especificaciones, etc.

FUNCIONES:

- Trasladar a la Dirección de manera inmediata las necesidades de toda índole que pueda encontrarse.
- Identificar las necesidades en los departamentos y trasladar estas a Dirección.
- Analizar el proyecto estableciendo una planificación que permita llevarlo a cabo y comunicar a la dirección los medios necesarios para ello.
- Seguir la planificación del desarrollo del proyecto, dirigiendo las acciones según las directrices del planning establecido y tomando periódicamente acciones destinadas a comprobar el correcto cumplimiento de los plazos de todo el personal implicado en el proyecto.
- Atender cualquier desviación y comprobar el buen avance de los trabajos de los proyectos en curso.
- Cumplir con las normas y parámetros de calidad establecidos.
- Cumplir con la legislación en materia de Prevención de Riesgos existente. Confeccionar el presupuesto del proyecto y llevar el control de horas y gastos.

**Perfil**:
Buscamos un perfil con titulación en ingeniería y con al menos 4 años de experiência gestionando proyectos en el sector industrial. Buscamos una persona dinámica, organizada, a la que le guste trabajar en equipo y con clara orientación al cliente interno.
