With a complete suite of features and 150+ industry partners, including major booking OTAs like Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.Com, Tripadvisor, Expedia, Hopper, Google Travel, and many more, Guesty is transforming the hospitality industry with innovative solutions.Today, Guesty has 15 offices and 700+ team members across the globe.In Guesty, we use the latest technologies and frameworks and handle complex business operations, promoting open-mindedness, creativity, and self-reliance.We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Sales Professional with proven experience in executing field sales methodologies while relying on outbound efforts for lead generation, engagement, establishing relationships, and closing deals on the ground.Only CVs submitted in English will be reviewed.Responsibilities What You'll Do:You will create and execute a territory plan to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring attainment of individual revenue targets.Lead generation while becoming a part of the local business community within the short-term rental sphere.Develop a contact & call strategy to achieve and exceed targets.Daily outreach using a discovery, value pitch and compelling closing statements to gain commitment.Conducting live product demonstrations in person or via video calls.Manage prospect communication and Pipeline in Salesforce (CRM).Develop and maintain relationships with prospects in your target list.Negotiate contracts.Close dealsResearch your target market and provide ongoing feedback to relevant teams (product, marketing, sales, strategy).Represent Guesty at trade showsRequirements Who you are:Fluency in Spanish and EnglishTravel / Hospitality tech sales -MUST. (knowledge of the Spanish vacation rental industry is strongly desired)Technological Sales experience of 5+ yearsSaaS sales experience - MUST.Success in this role means bringing a robust ability to read and sell to any outbound audience, the ambition to achieve and succeed, a strong work-ethic, and a competitive nature.Mastery of sales techniques including cold calling, objection handling, sales and pipeline managementExcellent organization and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systemsStrategic, skilled in prospecting, and eager to find their own opportunities.Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations.A closer at heart.Guesty is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
