We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team and we cannot wait to welcome youThe challengeAs an Account Executive, your challenge is to build Sensorfact's client base in Spain.
You play an essential part for the growth of the business, by bringing our product to the market and to local clients.
You will be responsible for presenting our value proposition and generating customers who become loyal users and advocates.You willReceive a recurring pipeline of Sales Qualified leads; Demonstrate ourproduct through digital demos; Transfer new customers to the onboarding team; Support revenuegeneration programs from existing customers; Develop an industry network to generate organic leads; Collaborate with our sales development and marketing teams to support growth; Actively seek out profitable partnerships and business opportunities; Play a senior role in developing a high performance sales culture.Your profile3+ years sales experience (with deal closing responsibilities); (Near) native Spanish with business proficiency in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; CRM experience (we use Hubspot); You value drive, intelligence and honesty; You are coachable and a team player; Experience in the following is beneficial: B2B sales, SaaS sales, Online/video/remote sales, Spanish market, Manufacturing industry or energy solutions.Why us?We work in a horizontally structured start-up culture with an energetic and engaged team; We offer a competitive base salary with a fantastic earning potential through both commission (uncapped bonus) and progression; We provide all equipment necessary (laptop, phone etc); We provide 500€for home office equipment through Workwise; Our work systemis hybrid and you can also work from another country for 2 months/year.Legendary lunches, drinks and other activities with colleagues (our office manager Elise exceeds our expectations every time); You can help reduce human impact on the environment by eliminating all industrial energy waste.Our mission is to reduce energy waste in industrial companies.
