.Over de functieWithin Fagron EMEA we're looking for efficiencies in our day-to-day operational processes and a certain degree of central decision making in the best interest of the EMEA area. That's why we're hiring an Intercompany sales & planning coordinator. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day intercompany transactions within EMEA and improving the process itself by establishing EMEA business rules and guidance. Next to that, you'll support the planning community within EMEA with data analyses and being back-up for demand planners during holidays period.Key responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day intercompany sales transactions across EMEA and improve the process- Being the back- up of demand planners across EMEA- Performing data-analyses within the planning community- Support and improve the new product request process from sales entities to the production sitesWat wij vragenYou possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:You have 3-5 years' experience in a planning roleYou have at least a bachelor's degreeFluent in English, another European language is a plusYou're familiar with inventory/planning concepts like forecast accuracy, NPI process, Portfolio management, inventory policiesKnowledge of a planning software or an inventory management tool is a mustExperience with ERP systems (like D365, AX, Navision, or SAP) is a mustYou have a hands-on mentalityYou are accurate, analytical, proactive and are keen on dataKnowledge of process improvement /lean concepts is a plusYou like a dynamic environment and are capable of managing day-to-day activities by yourselfYou are customer oriented and have the ability to convince people to work in different waysBackground in process improvement, lean management is a plusExperience with PowerBI creating reports is a plusYou are flexible and open to travel across EMEA when neededWith your enthusiasm, you can encourage people to follow your leadYou are a positive thinker and have a solution-oriented mindsetWat wij biedenFagron offers exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth.
