With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the industry.We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's needs. The candidate will provide support to our clients in both US and Canada, offering comprehensive services tailored to meet the needs of diverse markets.To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test.Key ResponsibilitiesPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs and referrals.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Facilitate the selection process, including administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.Produces daily and weekly reports regarding recruitment endeavors Keeps employment records for future utilization.Assist with other related tasks and projects as needed.Candidate QualificationsWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?All Positive, And Driven Applicants Are Encouraged To Apply.
