As a People Generalist at Last app, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by contributing to various HR processes (from recruiting to offboarding) across all departments in alignment with Last app's objectives.
Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (60%): Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for analyst and specialist profiles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive orientation.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess job satisfaction, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to promote camaraderie and collaboration across departments.
Performance Management and Development: Partner with managers to identify training and development needs within Last app.
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of various roles at Last app.
Administrative management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of the office.
Manage the inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment, such as printers, computers, etc.  Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
Fluent in English and Spanish Strong understanding of HR principles, talent acquisition, and the employment lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
