PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market.The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.Job duties and Responsibilities:- Serve as a systems administrator for the ZOHO software and manage day-to-day operations (user configurations, profiles, role hierarchy, groups, data storage, sharing, security controls, etc.).- Participate in agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, UAT and go-live.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, Sales, and Operations, to ensure that our CRM meet the needs of our customers and drive business value.- Understand business needs and produce insightful analyses for internal teams.- Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of product features and make data-driven decisions.- A/B test the launch of new campaigns.- Build reports on campaigns performance and present insights to non-technical stakeholders.- Coach, train and assist colleagues in using CRM Platform.- Ensure creation and updating of design documents, interface contracts and CRM knowledge.- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to define product direction.- Maintain and advise on selection of third-party technologies to improve sales efficiency within the CRM.- Ensuring correct integration of additional tools, like HubSpot, an ERP system.Experience and Qualifications:- At least 3years' experience of working with a CRM system.- Experience managing and administering Zoho, preferably in a startup environment will be a plus.- Experience working with CRM developments, customization, plugins & workflows.- Understanding of Customer Journey & Processes.- Zoho certifications strongly preferred.- Strong working knowledge with MS Products and the ability to use them effectively and efficiently.- Autonomous self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.- Creative mindset and ability to appropriately challenge the status quo.- Super written and oral communication skills.- Ability to over-come obstacles.- Ability to effectively balance competing deadlines without losing focus on the bigger picture.- High level of comfort with learning new software tools and proprietary programming languages.- Working knowledge of SQL.- Excellent writing skills (including the establishment of operational procedures and minutes of meeting) and able to communicate clearly in Spanish and English.What we offer:- Competitive salary- Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage- Additional days of holidays ?- Free language classes - Private health insurance covered by the company.- One day of home office per week- Free catering in the office- Possibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partner- Excellent work environment and good collaboration.- Free coffee/Tea and snacks from the company
