Omega CRM is a leading company in Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage users, profiles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, and other aspects of Salesforce configuration to customize and adapt the platform according to business needs. Provide user support in resolving Salesforce-related issues. Collaborate with the technical team to define best practices and usage standards for the tool. Work with the Omega team and/or clients to contribute to project objectives. Analyze and improve application performance. Collaborate with technology providers when required. Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements. Comply with software quality standards set by Omega's Technical Management. Generate functional documentation for completed projects. Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles. Experience in Salesforce Sales and Marketing clouds. Experience with Agile methodology. Skills: Fluent in English (minimum B2). What We Offer: Permanent contract. Flexible schedule.
