Act as the first line of contact to manage field force requests, queries, troubleshooting and technical issues related to salesforce.ComThe SFE will be the responsible for current CRM and new Veeva project in all IBIGSA countries.
Ensuring a national customer database is in place profiling customers against potential for business.
Support to the Commercial EMEAP Team to the implementation of the new CRM.
Active participation in the callsPrepare the ES field force team for the new strategic business T2 expansion, prepare for T2 Basal – realignment of territories (New HC: REPs amp; AMs), new targets amp; segmentation (New targets – PC)Implement and track new EMEAP segmentations across IBIGSAReview SFE KPI metrics to ensure compliance with SFE guidelines and consult with Sales amp; Commercial Director on remedial action requiredEnsure an optimal level of national calling activity with key target customersIn alignment with leadership team, adapt the salesforce incentive scheme provided by EMEAP, ensuring compliance with SFE guidelines and Code of ConductPartner with Sales Management teams to build and maintain the sales process in Salesforce with insightful solutions to track accounts opening, opportunities and key activities required to sustain and grow businessDevelop reporting with relevant metrics and KPI's to be shared systematically and reviewed during business reviews in collaboration with Commercial Planning and analytics managerCollaborate with marketing to ensure the development of product learning materialsDHT - Develop reporting with relevant metrics and KPI's to be shared systematically and reviewed during business and SFE reviews in collaboration with Commercial Planning and analytics manager.

MBA preferred or at least 4 years of experience of successful track record in sales and/or marketing, with 2 years in sales managementEnglish proficiencyPreferred QualificationsAnalytical, training, interpersonal and management skills, excel proficiency.Power BI and salesforce.Com experience mandatorySelf-motivated, creative, well organized with good training, motivation and facilitation skillsBackground and work experience in Sales, Sales Management, Learning amp; Development and/or a healthcare analytics/services organization within the pharmaceutical industry is highly appreciated.Strong presentation and communication skills.
