Job Description The Opportunity
Cint seeks a Integration Analyst for our Demand Integrations Team, reporting directly into our regional lead. This is a junior role, supporting the individual regional teams and their customers while having the responsibility for a small, individual portfolio of customers.
The Demand Integrations team's mission is to deliver deep technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations.
As Integration Analyst in the Demand Integrations team, you will support a set of existing customers and the onboarding of new customers and ensuring that their integration is done quickly and successfully. You will also be responsible for a smaller subset of customers, their health and growth metrics and any interaction with them.
Important metrics for every Integration Analyst are the health of the customer's integration, the growth of the customer and the speed to launch for every new customer.
The Integration Analyst works closely with the Integration Consultants, Customer Success Team and the Account Management. On the technical side, we provide feedback to our internal tech and product teams about customer feedback and needs.

This position is focused on our customers in the EMEA region and therefore requires the candidate to support and be flexible with these time zones.
Remote working is fully supported as the team is operating globally with various locations (and remotely).
The Team The Demand Integrations team is part of the overall Customer Experience Org. We work closely with all departments, acting as facilitators between our internal sales and customer success teams and the external customers and their tech teams.
We also close the loop between our internal tech and product teams with customer feedback and feature requests to ensure customer voices are heard.
The Demand Integrations team supports customers globally.
Team members are located in various US and European cities as well as in India.
Our team supports three main areas: Cint's Marketplaces, Measurement and Data solutions, and Optimization & Health.
What You Will Do Build and manage relationships with customers in our allocated portfolio to drive the health and growth of your customer's integrations.
Gain an understanding of your customer's internal structures, key stakeholders and their business and needs.
Provide technical guidance to customers during all phases of their integration life cycle.
Collaborate with the other account team members to update them on progress, plan and implement measures to grow your customers.
Analyze your customers' integration performance on a regular basis to proactively recommend improvements internally and to your customers.
Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional fashion.
Develop a full understanding of the industries in which Cint and your customers operate.
Ability to understand different and unique customer business models and how integrating with Cint will benefit them.
Practice superior time management self-discipline to work independently from home.
Qualifications What We Are Looking For
Technical experience relating to APIs, API implementation, platform-to-platform integrations.
Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily.
Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods.
Strong communicator and flexible team player.
Ability to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using MS-Office products - key features expertise:
Excel V-lookups, Pivot tables with filtering/formulas/etc, de-duplications checks.
Extremely thorough and detail-oriented in both communication and analysis.
Must be able to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Confident in speaking and writing in English.
Bonus Points If You Have
Bachelor's degree. (Business administration, information technology, Market Research, computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline preferred).
Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language.
Experience with SQL, Postman, Power BI, JIRA, or Salesforce is a plus.
Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure.
Additional language skills beyond English.
