This is a junior role, supporting the individual regional teams and their customers while having the responsibility for a small, individual portfolio of customers.The Demand Integrations team's mission is to deliver deep technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automatedworkflows for partners via API integrations.As Senior Analyst in the Demand Integrations team, you will support a set of existing customers and the onboarding of new customers and ensuring that their integration is done quickly and successfully. You will also be responsible for a smaller subset of customers, their health and growth metrics and any interaction with them.Important metrics for every Senior Analyst are the health of the customer's integration, the growth of the customer and the speed to launch for every new customer.The Senior Analyst works closely with the Integration Consultants, Customer Success Team and the Account Management. On the technical side, we provide feedback to our internal tech and product teams about customer feedback and needs.Candidates with a can-do attitude and a proactive, hands-on approach, who like to problem solve, embrace and thrive with change and who work well in a team environment will thrive in this team.Enthusiastic team players will quickly be able to make their mark in our fast-paced and stimulating environment where creativity, personal growth and initiative are encouraged and supported.This position is focused on our customers in the EMEA region and therefore requires the candidate to support and be flexible with these time zones.Remote working is fully supported as the team is operating globally with various locations (and remotely).The TeamThe Demand Integrations team is part of the overall Customer Experience Org. We work closely with all departments, acting as facilitators between our internal sales and customer success teams and the external customers and their tech teams.We also close the loop between our internal tech and product teams with customer feedback and feature requests to ensure customer voices are heard.The Demand Integrations team supports customers globally.Team members are located in various US and European cities as well as in India.Our team supports three main areas: Cint's Marketplaces, Measurement and Data solutions, and Optimization & Health.What You Will DoBuild and manage relationships with customers in our allocated portfolio to drive the health and growth of your customer's integrationsGain an understanding of your customer's internal structures, key stakeholders and their business and needsProvide technical guidance to customers during all phases of their integration life cycleCollaborate with the other account team members to update them on progress, plan and implement measures to grow your customersAnalyze your customers' integration performance on a regular basis to proactively recommend improvements internally and to your customersInvestigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional fashionDevelop a full understanding the industries in which Cint and your customers operateAbility to understand different and unique customer business models and how an integrating with Cint will benefit themPractice superior time management self-discipline to work independently from homeQualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForTechnical experience relating to APIs, API implementation, platform-to-platform integrationsAbility to focus on large amounts of data dailyEnjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methodsStrong communicator and flexible team playerAbility to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholdersTech-savvy, with proficiency in using MS-Office products - key features expertise:Excel V-lookups, Pivot tables with filtering/formulas/etc, de-duplications checksExtremely thorough and detail-oriented in both communication and analysisMust be able to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyConfident in speaking and writing in EnglishBonus Points If You HaveBachelor's degree.
