En nuestra consultoría de selección y formación trabajamos con distintas firmas en los sectores del Lujo, Premium y High Premium alrededor de Europa y tenemos oficinas en Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milán y Munich.
Tareas como Store Manager: Analizar los resultados de venta de la tienda y definir el Plan de Acción para alcanzar los objetivos asignados.
Compartir el Budget asignado, objetivos y KPI con su Equipo de venta, guiando el rendimiento individual y grupal.
Supervisar los gastos relativos a su tienda.
Transferir al Equipo los valores y estilo propios de la Compañía, Transferir el know how relativo a las herramientas de venta e incentivar su utilización Tareas de recepcion y gestión de stock, ventas, fidelizacion de clientes y cierre de caja.
Requisitos: 2-3 años de experiencia similar desarrollando roles de Store Management y liderando equipos.
Capacidad de gestión operativa de todos los niveles de tienda (people management, customer experience, in-store communication & visual merchandising, procedimientos).
Capacidad de controlar los resultado de venta y los costes sostenidos (store management by KPIs) Imprescindible un nivel de ingles alto #J-18808-Ljbffr
