This role will ensure operational efficiency, equipment availability, and optimization of maintenance resources across all Viscofan subsidiaries.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies globally to ensure equipment availability and reliability.- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all company facilities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.- Manage the maintenance budget and human resources required to meet established objectives.- Implement maintenance management systems and tools to improve efficiency and traceability of activities.- Collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure effective integration of maintenance activities with operational processes.- Evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and provide guidance and professional development as needed.- Stay informed about trends and technological advancements in the field of industrial maintenance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.RequisitosRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.A master's degree in Maintenance Management or a similar area is preferred.- Minimum of 5of experience in maintenance management roles, preferably in multinational or industrial environments.- Deep knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, as well as applicable safety and quality regulations.- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects.- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels within the organization.- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
