**Objetivo general del puesto**

Mantener los equipos, sistemas e instalaciones de la Planta en condiciones de cumplir con la función para la cual fueron proyectados, con la capacidad y requerimientos de calidad y seguridad establecidos.

**Funciones**:

- Velar por el adecuado cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, salud laboral y medio ambiente.
- Gatekeeper, Planner y Scheduler en SAP PM de las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para el área del IPT de Estériles
- Comunicación diaria entre los distintos Planner para asegurar la correcta distribución de los trabajos entre los recursos disponibles
- Gestión del mantenimiento preventivo del área de Procesado y Empaquetado FPU
- Participación activa en los TIER, tanto TIER 1 del departamento, y en los TIER 1 y/o TIER 2 de proceso IPT (acordado con el líder manager IPT), para que exista comunicación adecuada tanto dentro del departamento como dentro de proceso IPT del que forma parte o asignar un representante en caso de no poder asistir
- Soporte en la formación del resto de miembros del IPT en las tareas de mantenimiento de la instalación, de manera que se cree una cultura de “auto mantenimiento”
- Soporte prioritario a la actividad del IPT de Estériles sobre el resto de las actividades, que incluye el mantenimiento integral de los sistemas IPT y soporte al plan de producción IPT evitando cualquier incidencia en suministros, sistemas y/o equipos respectivos de producción
- Realización de las actividades del mantenimiento preventivo asignadas en plazo, forma y fecha
- Formar a otros compañeros cuando se posean conocimientos específicos
- Gestionar el stock de recambios de los trabajos asignados y realizar el seguimiento de las solicitudes de los mismos

**Responsabilidades**:

- Comunicación diaria con el equipo de Mantenimiento para mantener un correcto traspaso de información entre turnos
- Como técnico u operador de Mantenimiento velará por la eficiencia energética en la realización de sus actividades diarias tanto preventivas como correctivas
- Funciones preventivas como RRPP (todas las de su ámbito)
- Interlocutor de Prevención y Medioambiente (IPMA) de la sala técnica de P03
- ER Equipo de Intervención - rescatista

**Cualificación requerida**:

- Buscamos una persona con formación y experiência técnica en Mantenimiento para la Industria farmacéutica. La formación preferente es en Mecánica, Electricidad y electrónica, Sistemas de Refrigeración y HVAC.
- Conocimientos de Automatización y PLC´s, es decir, que pueda interpretar e interactuar con maquinaria automática de Procesos.
- Conocimientos de las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura GMP.
- Conocimiento de SAP PM.
- Con fortalezas de trabajo en equipo.
