Join our client's team of passionate customer-centric individuals with a track record of achievement reactivating and retaining customers in Norway, and write your own cheque PurposeDrive customer reactivation and retention through marketing, promoting and re-engaging subscription services and explaining product offerings through outbound customer care interactions. The role requires a high level of customer care to negotiate re-activation and re-engagement of services, collect customer feedback, analyse data, cross selling activities, and overall support a client retention strategy. RequirementsBased in Barcelona, SpainNative / Fluent in Norwegian (verbal and written), with a good command of EnglishStrong customer orientation (previous retentions / customer service experience is advantageous)Self-motivated to write your own cheque - excellent on-target-earning potentialOffice-basedStrong PC literacy Job descriptionExcellent product knowledge to support the retention strategyNegotiate with customers for re-activations and re-engagement to retain businessGathering customer feedback, insight and satisfactionBuilding positive client relationships to build product and service confidenceEffectively manage available the leads to maximize success rates with agreed KPI'sAdherence to Quality and Compliance requirements SkillsDynamic and energeticExceptional customer relationship skillsPersuasive skills to support sales retentionGood communication skillsGoal and target orientedProactive and professionalStrong communicator Is this you that we are describing?
