Danish-speaking Customer Care Specialist to Barcelona, Spain Drive customer reactivation and retention through marketing, promoting and re-engaging subscription services and explaining product offerings through outbound customer care interactions. The role requires a high level of customer care to negotiate re-activation and re-engagement of services, collect customer feedback, analyse data, cross selling activities, and overall support a client retention strategy. Requirements Based in Barcelona, Spain Native / Fluent in Danish (verbal and written), with a good command of English Strong customer orientation (previous retentions / customer service experience is advantageous) Self-motivated to write your own cheque - excellent on-target-earning potential Office-based Strong PC literacy Excellent product knowledge to support the retention strategy Negotiate with customers for re-activations and re-engagement to retain business Gathering customer feedback, insight and satisfaction Building positive client relationships to build product and service confidence Effectively manage available the leads to maximize success rates with agreed KPI's Adherence to Quality and Compliance requirements Skills Dynamic and energetic Exceptional customer relationship skills Persuasive skills to support sales retention Goal and target oriented Proactive and professional Is this you that we are describing?
