CrowdFarming es el principal mercado tecnológico europeo de agricultor a consumidor. Estamos construyendo toda la tecnología y la logística para que los consumidores puedan acceder al mayor catálogo de agricultores ecológicos y regenerativos. Nuestra visión es construir la cadena de suministro de alimentos más sostenible para que los agricultores puedan recibir un precio justo por sus productos ecológicos y los consumidores puedan recibir alimentos frescos que viajan un 75% menos de tiempo que en los supermercados. Lanzamos en 2017, y ya estamos trabajando con más de 300 agricultores en toda Europa.Creemos que comprar alimentos directamente a los agricultores es el acto cotidiano más poderoso al alcance de cualquiera para crear un impacto social y medioambiental positivo.Actualmente estamos buscando un Demand & Supply Planner internacional, que se incorpore a nuestro equipo de Supply Chain. Tenemos oficinas tanto en Madrid como en Valencia.Algunas de tus responsabilidades serán:Definir la planificación de los aprovisionamientos para garantizar el suministro en cantidad y plazos de entrega.Elaborar estrategias de planificación a corto, medio y largo plazo.Gestión de stocks. Mantener una estrecha interacción con proveedores y los diferentes departamentos para la preparación de forecasts y la optimización de las cargas.Búsqueda de proveedores específicos, nacionales e internacionales, para cada tipo de producto y zona, según necesidades operativas.Colaborar y liderar las negociaciones y licitaciones con los proveedores de transporte para obtener los servicios adecuados a las mejores tarifas.Diseñar rutas de transporte eficientes y estrategias logísticas para toda la variedad de tipos de transporte.Analizar y comprender las demandas del mercado y sus fluctuaciones.Apoyar los procesos de operaciones y ventas (S&OP) mediante la generación de informes.Diseño y gestión de KPIs.Tu perfil:Al menos 3 años de experiencia en las funciones descritas.Capacidad de liderar y gestionar proyectos con autonomía.Nivel avanzado de francés.
