We are making significant strategic investments that will not only decrease our own environmental footprint, but also help customers adapt to long-term environmental and social change through the development of cleaner, greener solutions.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pricing Process Excellence Leader to join our team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end pricing process and be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize pricing processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in driving pricing strategy, process improvement methodologies, and project management.This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive significant impact by enhancing pricing capabilities and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive pricing process improvement roadmap in close collaboration with business leaders, finance, product management, customer service, and other functions.Identify opportunities to streamline pricing processes, reduce complexity, and improve efficiency.Initiate and lead initiatives to standardize pricing methodologies, tools, and systems across different business units or regions.Drive the implementation of best practices in pricing governance, including policies, guidelines, and compliance measures.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with market dynamics, customer insights, and business goals.Conduct regular assessments and audits of pricing processes to identify gaps and areas for continuous improvement.Champion a data-driven approach to pricing decisions, leveraging analytics and market intelligence to optimize pricing strategies.Provide leadership and mentorship to pricing analysts and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Economics, Finance, Sciences, or a related area; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Proven experience (7+ years) in pricing strategy, process improvement, or related roles within a complex organization.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling.Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and driving change initiatives.Expertise in pricing methodologies, competitive analysis, and market research
