You will collaborate with various departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Work location - hybrid from Madrid or LondonResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking, events, and more.Conduct market research to identify and map out key talent pools, market benchmarks, and competitor landscapesOwn full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) on a daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to dateManage the hiring process of assigned roles end-to-endProvide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organizationCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plansBuild a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goalsAssure each role is posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media platformsWork hybrid from the local officeRequirements3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a global tech company2+ years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields, such as - DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, FinOps Analyst, etc
