This position coordinates the timely delivery of orders by room service servers according to Four Seasons standards.What you will do:Answer the telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette while obtaining all information necessary to process the guest's order according to Four Seasons standards.Describe food and beverage menu selections to guests by providing interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation methods.Check completed kitchen orders against the guest's original order; coordinate timely delivery of items to guest room by room service servers to ensure proper food quality.Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Coordinate the delivery of amenities by ensuring that all requests are received, filed, ordered from the kitchen, and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.What you bring:Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.A minimum of two (2) years working in Food & Beverage department.One + years' experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.*This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in Mexico.*What we offer:Compensation: Highly competitive salaries as well as an annual incentive plan for managerial roles at Department Head level.Transport: Shuttle service from San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo to the resort.Uniforms: Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms
