Job Title: HR Coordinator

Amcor is seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Spain. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing local HR support and serving as the main point of contact for central functions and sales co-workers employees based out of Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of personnel, including hirings, contracts, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Coordinate the payroll administration through a third-party supplier, ensuring compliance with Amcor compensation and auditing processes.
  • Coordinate the payment of corporate annual incentive programs and other corporate benefits.
  • Analyze monthly and annually payroll against budget and manage any discrepancies.
  • Participate in the annual HR budgets and ensure that the entity acts in alignment with applicable labor and social laws.
  • Proactively update employees and managers on local employment regulations and processes.
  • Guide people managers, functional leaders, and employees in the interpretation and application of established human resources policies, labor relations matters, or any inquiries related to payroll, benefits, policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage employee relations in collaboration with third-party lawyers.
  • Drive and implement ad-hoc national HR initiatives for the population under scope.
  • Support business strategy, ensuring clear, timely communication and clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Law or similar field.
  • 2 years' experience in HR Area.
  • Preferable background knowledge in compensation and benefits, job evaluation, incentive plans, change management.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Spanish native and fluency in English.
